Layne Lewis
CEO
Layne received her MBA from the University of Washington, and her B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Arizona. With more than 30 years of experience in the engineering field, she founded Willowview Consulting in 2003. She has worked for large corporations (Booz Allen & Hamilton, Hewlett Packard) as well as small start-ups and has performed in all facets of the product development lifecycle during her career. She is the trusted science and technology advisor to the Marine Corps Special Operations Command (MARSOC). Layne enjoys spending time on her ranch in Idaho with her family where she rides horses, gardens and plays with her grandchildren as often as she can!
Ryan Kahre, P.E
COO
Ryan earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho in 2013. He began his career in the manufacturing industry with a focus on quality control and process optimization. His transition to Willowview Consulting brought new challenges in the form of mechanical design and systems engineering based project management. Ryan's development within the company has lead to his position as Chief Operations Officer in which he oversees the engineering department and its growing list of exciting projects.
Carrie Tucker
CFO
Carrie received her BA in Accounting from BSU and later went on to receive her MBA in International Business. She put her skills in both areas into decades of service at companies, ranging from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 tech companies. Carrie loves to learn and is continuously exploring new areas of interest which allows her to stay on top of current trends in those fields. She has a proven track record of leading business transformation initiatives, portfolio and program management, P&L management, and organizational change management across multiple functional areas and geographies. With certifications in Organizational Change Management, Project Management (both Agile and Waterfall) and Accounting (CPA), with expertise in LEAN principles, ITIL, and ITSM, she has grown to be a trusted partner to senior executives, a facilitator of strategic and operational meetings, and a communicator of business strategies and metrics. She thrives in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment, where she applies her innovation mindset and thought leadership skills to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
